Mission
The mission of the Study Orientation Center is to provide suitable information and services in order to:
- raise awareness of UZH as an attractive university among prospective students;
- enable prospective students to make a sustainable study choice;
- support students in successfully starting their studies;
- empower students to complete their studies in a way they consider successful.
To achieve this, we use the following methods and instruments, which cover the entire spectrum from scalable online offers to individual services:
- digital and analog information channels, interactive digital platforms;
- personal consultations;
- information and onboarding events, appearances at trade fairs;
- workshops, presentations, webinars;
- cooperation and networking with external partners (e.g. other universities, cantonal schools, BIZ)
